Regarding the bulbs to use, the halogen model is not recommended for spots installed in false ceilings. It consumes a lot of energy, releasing too much heat. Users have the choice between LEDs and Fluocompacts. The LED lamps quickly became successful for its many benefits. These models consume very little energy while they can illuminate a large area. Fluocompacts are also not energy intensive. They are also recommended for water features such as the bathroom since they do not fear moisture. They are also designed not to heat during use, regardless of the duration. These lamps require just a little ignition time. They also occupy enough space and are not compatible with all models of lighting.
